James was very thorough and explained all relevant details of my spa fence barrier that needed compliance to meet the code. As a result, I was easily able to make the necessary changes, and therefore negate the need for a return visit. Gladly recommend James for all such certifications.

I was quite tentative at having a pool inspection as my previous experience hadn’t been pleasant, with the inspector being extremely rude and condescending. What a pleasure it was to meet James - phew! My initial phone call with him was very pleasant and I wasn’t disappointed when he attended my home to do the required inspection. James was so friendly upon arrival, I immediately felt at ease. He explained what he was going to do, including what May or may not be required and upon completion, advised me how to complete the process with the council. I’d recommend James to anyone that asked and will certainly engage him again in 4 years time.

James has recently completed our pool compliance inspection he arrived as scheduled and the inspection was very thorough, our pool was non - compliant in a number of areas, James explained clearly what needed to be done and what the time frame was, the second inspection went to plan and the compliance certificate was provided the same day along with instructions how to submit it to council, the whole process was made easy by James.

He was very thorough with his report, walked me through the changes that needed to be made, making sure I understood everything to be remediated clearly before leaving from the initial inspection. Once I called him to let him know remediation actions had been taken, He was extremely prompt to come back for the reassessment and completed that very efficiently. Providing the certificate to be submitted to council that night. He made the process of getting a pool compliance certificate very stress free, and I couldn't recommend him highly enough.

We are selling our house and needed a pool compliance certificate to obtain a section 32.James was great to deal with.He came around early in the morning, supplied a report with the required modifications, followed up my progress during the day and came back later in the afternoon to review the alterations and supply the compliance certificate.Its actually a nice feeling knowing your pool is compliant and therefore safe.

My experience was very positive. James knows the standards intimately and was able to offer constructive advice to ensure compliance. He was able to fit us in and worked around our availability. The extensive initial report and the final certificate were both issued on the day of the inspection and that helped us to manage the process.
