Our inspector, registered with the Victorian Building Authority (VBA), will undertake a thorough compliance inspection of your swimming pool or spa barrier and assess it against the applicable standards. You will receive a detailed report highlighting sections of the standard and whether your pool/spa barrier complies.

If your barrier or fencing is compliant, you will receive a Certificate of Compliance (Form 23) on the same day as your inspection that you must lodge with your council within 14 days. If there are items that don’t comply with the standard, your detailed report will clearly outline what needs to be rectified and you will require a re-inspection within 60 days.
