James Arnott is a Victorian Building Authority (VBA) registered building practitioner who specialises in spa and swimming pool fence or barrier inspections.

Having lived and worked all his adult life in Geelong, Melbourne and Western Victoria, James is a husband and father with a pool of his own. He prides himself on being punctual, friendly and approachable. Helping people obtain their Pool Barrier Compliance Certificate, James values clearly explaining what needs to be done to comply with relevant pool barrier standards.

James is based in Geelong, but services further locations such as the Surf Coast, Colac Otway, Bellarine Peninsula, Ballarat & surrounds, Golden Plains, Moorabool, Wyndham and Queenscliff. He also services other areas by agreement.
