Fantastic service provided by James. He provided help on how to apply for an extension with the council, he turned up on time for the appointment. Pointed out the small defects and provided information on how to rectify them on the day so that I was able to get the compliance certificate with one visit. He provided all the links and information on what to do in order to Lodge my compliance form with the council. Fantastic! Can't recommend him high enough.

I was quite tentative at having a pool inspection as my previous experience hadn’t been pleasant, with the inspector being extremely rude and condescending. What a pleasure it was to meet James - phew! My initial phone call with him was very pleasant and I wasn’t disappointed when he attended my home to do the required inspection. James was so friendly upon arrival, I immediately felt at ease. He explained what he was going to do, including what May or may not be required and upon completion, advised me how to complete the process with the council. I’d recommend James to anyone that asked and will certainly engage him again in 4 years time.
