James was honest and upfront about his fees when we spoke on the phone. When he arrived to conduct the inspection, he was punctual, friendly, and efficient. He explained the reasons for the few adjustments I needed to make in order to get my spa passed and even waited while the work was completed to avoid a recall fee. I don't usually do reviews, but James didn't just fulfil the brief, he went way over and above. Friendly approach, clear communication, handy advice, actually helped out with one bit of remediation while I did another. Stayed overtime to get it all done. Exceptional.

He was efficient in completing the inspection and happy to answer any questions we had, he was a great help in giving us advice on landscaping around the pool and what to avoid to ensure we are compliant in future. Fantastic service provided by James. He provided help on how to apply for an extension with the council, he turned up on time for the appointment. Pointed out the small defects and provided information on how to rectify them on the day so that I was able to get the compliance certificate with one visit. He provided all the links and information on what to do in order to Lodge my compliance form with the council. Fantastic! Can't recommend him high enough.
